After gaining attention with “Malu-Malu,” the Indonesian pop singer has released a new single titled “Bentar Lagi Sayang.” According to Mave Magz, the song was released on Friday, 26 June 2026, and is a direct sequel to “Malu-Malu.”
Where “Malu-Malu” told the story of someone still feeling hesitant and shy, “Bentar Lagi Sayang” moves one step further. Mave Magz describes the new track as capturing the current “cegil” phenomenon, with sweet delusion and a strong belief that the feelings will eventually be returned.
Musically, the song is wrapped in light, flirty and playful pop, with lyrics and a hook that are easy to remember. The song was written by Indah Kusuma, with arrangement by Yosua Albert Simanjuntak, while dia returned as producer with support from co-producer Alvagracia Immanuel Baptiste Setiawan.
With Indonesian music continuing to connect strongly with listeners across the region, “Bentar Lagi Sayang” gives INDAHKUS another moment to build from the popularity of “Malu-Malu.”
