The pop star has announced her upcoming eighth studio album, “Petal,” which is set to be released on 31 July 2026. According to Billboard, Ariana revealed that the project was co-written and co-produced with her longtime collaborator Ilya.

The album follows “Eternal Sunshine,” her 2024 album which topped the Billboard 200 and produced Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits including “Yes, And?” and “We Can’t Be Friends.”

According to the “Petal” countdown page on Spotify, the album will feature 12 tracks and is scheduled for release on 31 July 2026.

The announcement has naturally caught fans’ attention, especially as Ariana’s album eras are often known for strong visuals, emotional themes and big pop moments. While more details about the sound and tracklist have yet to be revealed, “Petal” already feels like one of the major pop releases to watch this month.

With the title “Petal,” the album already hints at a softer, more reflective new chapter for Ariana. For fans, it marks another major pop release to look forward to this month.
